Athletic Fields Forever Donor Recognition Planned

Donors to the Athletic Fields Forever campaign will be recognized in a display established for the purpose of acknowledging their support. Below are the donor levels. View, download or print AFF pledge form.

Hall of Fame        $50,000 +

All-Star            $25,000 – $49,999

MVP                $10,000 – $24,999

Olympian            $5,000 – $9,999

Champion        $1,000 – $4,999

1st Team            < $1,000

Donors may, if they wish, designate gifts of $10,000 or more to a specific sport area of the project. All gifts of $1,000 or more will be recognized in a permanent display. For additional information contact Scott Raduka at (262) 560-3110
